- Act as a trusted consultant to our clients and implementation partners
- Formulates and defines project scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
- Gather define and prioritize requirements of the project in close collaboration with the client; come up with the optimal solution for the product
- Maintain and verify requirements specifications according to established baselines
- Support the engineering team throughout the delivery process to iron out ambiguity or complexity
- Create flow diagrams to get to grips with process issues, bottlenecks and guide other team members in their understanding of the subject matter
- Participate in all Agile/Scrum activities company-wide and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
JOB DESCRIPTION
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Must have:
- Have at least 3 years of experience as a Software Business Analyst
- Understand and apply fully BA’s task and process
- Korean equivalent to Topik 4+ (good communication);
- Knowledge of wire-frame prototype designing
- Knowledge of agile development and sprint methodology
- Detail oriented, logic mindset and systematic thinking
- Problem analyzing, problem solving skills
Would be a plus point if having the below skills:
- Studied or worked in Korea are advantages
- Sale and pre-sale experience are advantages
- Technical knowledge is a plus (API, SQL, ...)
