株式会社Sazae JapanとGEM Corporationが業務提携へ
〜業務提携のターゲットはグローバル〜
2026年8月31日に株式会社Sazae Japan（以下Sazae）と株式会社GEM JPN(以下GEM JPN) は日本での業務提携を発表しましたが、9月11日にはGEM JPNの親会社のGEM Corporation (本社ベトナム・ハノイ、以下GEM)のDCEO兼COOの、Nguyen Thanh Congによる、Sazae本社のあるオーストリアのシドニーに同社代表取締役の溝尻歩氏への表敬訪問が実現しました。
和やかな雰囲気の中、日本のみならずオーストラリア、ベトナムなどでの協業の可能性など活発な意見交換を行った結果、SazaeとGEMも業務提携を進めることで双方同意しました。
SazaeとGEM JPNの業務提携は、ServiceNowとAIを活用した企業のデジタルトランスフォーメーション推進がその目的でしたが、今回の業務提携でそれらに加え、さらなる加速を目指します。

Sazae Japan Co., Ltd. and GEM Corporation to Form a Business Alliance:
~Global Focus for the Business Alliance~
On August 31, 2026, Sazae Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Sazae”) and GEM JPN Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “GEM JPN”) announced a business alliance in Japan. On September 11, Nguyen Thanh Cong, DCEO and COO of GEM Corporation (headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam; hereinafter “GEM”), paid a courtesy visit to Ayumi Mizojiri, Representative Director of Sazae, at the company’s headquarters in Sydney, Austria.
In a cordial atmosphere, the two parties engaged in a lively exchange of views on potential collaborations not only in Japan but also in Australia, Vietnam, and other regions. As a result, Sazae and GEM mutually agreed to move forward with their business partnership.
While the original business partnership between Sazae and GEM JPN was aimed at promoting corporate digital transformation using ServiceNow and AI, this new partnership seeks to further accelerate these efforts.
